A system that reads the ordinary daily posts in a Facebook group, decides which ones are a genuine person looking for a place to live, and turns each one into a complete lead: what they are looking for, where, and by when. Every finished lead goes straight into the platform the client already uses to match tenants against its own listings, as a ready-to-work search profile.

Nothing about a lead is guessed. Where a detail was not in the post, it is left blank rather than invented, because a wrong guess is worse than an honest gap. And no lead is ever delivered twice: the system remembers exactly what it has already sent, so re-checking a group for new posts never creates a duplicate on the other end.

The system went live on 18 July 2026. Before it touched the client's platform for real, a single lead was sent through as a check, then the rest: all 155 of the backlog's leads landed, with zero failures and zero skipped.

It has run every day since without anyone starting it, and the client asked for one change on the day it went live, a small correction to what the system was writing into its platform, and it shipped that same day. The whole thing now belongs to the client outright; ownership transferred the day it went live.

Tilasmi refused to guess. A post that does not name the budget, the area or the move-in date leaves that field blank rather than filled in with a plausible-sounding answer, because the client uses this to contact real people, and a wrong guess costs a conversation, worth more than a data point.

Tilasmi also refused to let a single failed run lose a lead. Before the full backlog went through, one lead was sent on its own and checked to have landed correctly before the other 154 followed, and the system keeps a record of exactly what has been sent so nothing is ever delivered twice.

Live, owned by the client, and running every day without anyone touching it. The acceptance numbers at handover, 10 of 10 on the new tests and 46 of 46 on the full regression, held, and nothing since has broken them.

A job like this, something that happens every day and eats an hour of somebody's attention, has a finished version that looks exactly like this: it runs, it does not need watching, and it is owned outright by the person it was built for.
